Positioned southwesterly, overlooking a private shared pool set in beautiful mature landscaped gardens with plenty of shade. Convenient for the two supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, internet cafe and beach. Very close is The Aztec Country Club, which has tennis courts, mini golf, gym, pool tables, a sports bar, hairdressers, beauty salon, Italian Restaurant and Poolside Bar. There are numerous top class Golf Courses within easy reach. The nearest beach is approx 10 mins walk with more beautiful beaches about 5 mins drive away making it an ideal location for families, couples and golfers.
Accommodation comprises, one double bedroom having en-suite with full size bath, shower over, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
One twin bedroom that can convert to a triple with the use of a single pull out bed.
Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a large terrace area. They have plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a safe.
The second bathroom has recently been converted to a shower room with full size walk in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The large lounge/diner has a luxury leather recliner suite, a dining table and six chairs, a flat screen TV which receives all FREESAT channels, a DVD and CD player. The well-equipped kitchen has full cooking facilities including microwave, oven and hob, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and board. The lounge terrace overlooks the pool area and has patio furniture for four people.Step's from the terrace lead down to the beautiful gardens and pool.

Low Season - November to March = £225 per week
Mid Season - April to June and September to October = £325 per week
High Season - July and August = £425 per week.
10% discount for bookings of two consecutive weeks or more.
20% discount (off full price) for only two people sharing.
The price for the apartment includes all bedding, bathroom towels and electricity for 4 persons. Extra persons are charged £30 each extra per week. Maximum five persons plus cot.
Normal change over day is Saturday, however, long weekends and mid week bookings can be made out of season. Please ask for details. Discounts apply to low season lets of three weeks or more.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked is required to secure your reservation. The balance will be due six weeks before departure. A £100 security deposit is also required with the balance. This will be refunded once the apartment has been checked and the keys have been returned. All clients are recommended to arrange their own holiday insurance.
